The RTML Standard (http://monet.uni-sw.gwdg.de/twiki/bin/view/RTML/WebHome) is used extensively as the basis of the HTN protocol and in the advertisement of phase 0 information by the various robotic and non-robotic telescopes involved in the HTN consortium.
