The Vanilla TCP Transport Standard Proposal

A standard based on vanilla TCP/IP was proposed and agreed at the 2nd HTN Workshop in Germany. It will be written up and published as part of the proceedings for the HTU 2007 (http://www.cacr.caltech.edu/hotwired/index.cfm) conference in Tucson to be held in June 2007.
